Leadership Consultant

Henry Jones graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. In the field of training, Henry is a certified facilitator of several programs that include Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II as well as Development Dimensions International training curriculum. To go along with his executive coaching experience, he is also a Certified Strength Coach (Gallup). Over the past 20 years, his background includes experience in leadership & organizational development, management training, team building, consulting, new employee onboarding and performance management.

Henry has held leadership and management roles in a number of industries including healthcare and manufacturing not to mention being the owner of his own company (Jones -N- Jordan, Inc.). Henry currently works as a Leadership Consultant for HOLT Development Services, Inc., an affiliate of HOLT CAT.
