President of HOLT Development Services

Guy Clumpner is the President of HDSI. During his 36 year tenure, he has been instrumental in the creation, integration and evolution of HOLT’s unique “Values Based Leadership” (VBL) organizational leadership process. Over the past 30 years, VBL has served as the centerpiece of HOLT’s evolution and growth in becoming the largest Caterpillar dealer in North America. Guy has helped clients integrate and customize HOLT’s VBL model approach within high performing organizations throughout North America. HDSI clients include the five time world champion San Antonio Spurs.

As a student and teacher of leadership, Guy finds fulfillment in consulting, teaching, executive coaching and mentoring in the private, public and non-profit sectors.

He is an adjunct professor in the St. Mary’s University MBA program. Guy is a graduate of Ohio University and has served on numerous boards and civic organizations in the San Antonio community.
